Photo contest offers $500 in prizes

A contest is being held for the best photographs of the Millennium Arch, with $500 in prizes to be awarded in each of four categories. The contest is sponsored by the Missouri S&T Campus Art Committee and the New York Foundation for the Arts. The submission deadline is Sept. 15.
