Addiction expert to speak about opioid abuse

Dr. Fred Rottneck, a physician, will present a talk, “The Missouri State Opioid Response: Modifying the Response for 2019” 11 a.m.-noon Friday, Oct. 25, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center.
