Spanning various departments, divisions, and including both colleges, this group provides valuable insight that assists New Student Programs in continuing to develop the best possible orientation experiences for our incoming students. Transfer Transitions, an orientation day for new transfer students, will start at 9:15 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, in Room 120 Butler-Carlton Hall. Participants will learn about campus resources to help with their studies and path to future employment. Students will eat lunch with a faculty member, participate in a resource-finding and team-building competition, and learn about campus life from current students. Dinner and awards will conclude the event.
