Hear ye, hear ye: Proclamation goes to football team

Missouri Sen. Dan Brown presented a proclamation to football coach Tyler Fenwick, director of athletics Mark Mullin, team members and other members of the coaching staff congratulating the team for its Dec. 1 victory in the Mineral Water Bowl. The senator presented the proclamation Dec. 12 in the Hall of Fame Room of the Gale Bullman Building.

See the football team off on Thursday

Students, faculty and staff can cheer for Missouri S&T’s football team at approximately 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, outside of Havener Center. Fans can stop by the Havener Center starting at 10:15 a.m. Thursday to pick up rally towels donated by Phelps County Bank. The towels will also be available beginning tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 27) in the Missouri S&T athletic office during regular business hours, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. A police escort will see Missouri S&T’s football team out of town Nov. 29 on the team’s way to play in the Mineral Water Bowl on Saturday, Dec. 1, in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
