S&T joins JED to support mental health, committee leads efforts

Missouri S&T has joined JED Campus in support of student well-being and mental health. The program is a nationwide initiative of The JED Foundation (JED) designed to help schools evaluate and strengthen their mental health, substance misuse and suicide prevention programs to safeguard individual and community health. The new email address is for queries previously sent to the office of institutional research and assessment (IRA). The office is closing July 2 as part of the university’s budget reduction and reinvestment plan.

Lajubutu and Hammons to present at conference

Dr. Oyebanjo Lajubutu, assistant vice provost for institutional research and assessment at Missouri S&T, and Jerry Hammons, senior business operations associate in institutional research, will make a scholarly presentation at the 2015 forum of the Mid-America Association for Institutional Research. The forum will be held Nov. 4-6 in Springfield, Missouri. The title of the presentation is “Moving from ‘Good to Great’ Institutional Research Reporting.”
