Daylong network outage planned April 3

The network infrastructure team will work with MOREnet to upgrade the core campus network beginning at 7 a.m. Saturday, April 3. The work is expected to last the entire day. All network services, including Wi-Fi and ethernet, will not be accessible.

The University of Missouri System’s login and access interface to systemwide programs such as Canvas and PeopleSoft is currently down. Users are not able at this time to gain access and work within many UM System products and software that use Shibboleth for the login.

Kaltura to Panopto changeover planned

Since Kaltura and Panopto have similar features, the IT team will consolidate all video streaming and lecture capabilities onto Panopto to streamline technologies, support and budgets.
