Plans underway to remove power plant chimneys

The Center for Infrastructure Engineering Studies (CIES) (https://cies.mst.edu/) will host a research seminar at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, October 3, in Room 124 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. Dr. Guney Olgun, an assistant professor in Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering, will present “The Use of Energy Piles for Shallow Geothermal Energy.” Refreshments will be provided.
