Update on second-dose vaccine clinic in Rolla

Due to a delay in receiving vaccine, the second-dose COVID-19 vaccine clinic in Rolla that was scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 25, and Friday, Feb. 26, has been condensed into a one-day event 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, in the Phelps Health parking lot on 10th Street across from the hospital’s emergency department.

Open Forum with Teacher Education and Certification Chair Candidate

An open forum will be held with Dr. Beth Kania-Gosche, candidate for the position of Chair in the Department of Teacher Education and Certification from 2:00-3:00pm on Tuesday, February 26th in the Turner Room in Havener Center.

Dr. Kania-Gosche most recently served as Associate Dean, School of Education at Lindenwood University and is currently President-elect on the Board of Directors for Missouri Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (MACTE).

She received her Ph.D. in Educational Studies: Curriculum and Instruction from Saint Louis University.

Leach Theatre’s Step Challenge

The step challenge scheduled for next Tuesday, February 26th has been cancelled due to an event taking place in the theatre. The step challenge end date has officially been extended to March 5th due to these circumstances. Leach Theatre’s Step Challenge is held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Castleman Hall. For further information, please visit the box office at 103 Castleman Hall.
