Celebrate library’s 50 years tomorrow
Celebrate 50 years of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library at a golden anniversary party noon-2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26. Dr. Chris Maples, interim chancellor, will kick off the event outside the library with remarks, followed by a tie-dye station hosted by student radio station KMNR.

You asked and the library staff listened. After switching on Sept. 10 to 24-hour library access at the Curtis-Laws Wilson Library, the S&T community provided feedback and the staff has decided patrons would be better served with card access beginning at 10 p.m. daily instead of 8 p.m. daily. With this update, the library also extends community guest services to 10 p.m.

Rolla Mural dedication is today
Missouri S&T will officially dedicate the “Rolla Mural,” a work of art that depicts more than 100 years of local history, during a public ceremony at 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, on the second floor of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library.
