The platter costs $4.19 and includes edamame basil hummus, baba ganoush (cooked eggplant with seasonings), quinoa tabbouleh (salad), pita bread, artichoke salad and a grilled vegetable kebab with feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. Read More »Construction starts Monday, June 16, on a new campus dining location. The new location, named Mondo Subs, will be located in the Havener Center dining area. Guests wanting to visit Rustic Range must enter and exit through the doors on the east side of the building that open onto the patio. Normally these doors are exit-only.
