This month marks 18 years since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States. Missouri S&T’s Air Force and Army ROTC groups will hold a ceremony at noon Wednesday, Sept. 11, outside Harris Hall.

Dr. Patti Fleck, director of counseling, disability support and student wellness, received the Andy “Ruck Sack” Yost Award for Selfless Service from Missouri S&T’s Army ROTC. Once a year, Army ROTC presents the award to one cadet and one faculty or staff member.

The Missouri S&T Army ROTC will be the Color Guard for the St. Louis Cardinals game on Saturday, April 26. It is “Molina Night” and the Cardinals are playing the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Army ROTC is selling tickets to the game for $25. The tickets have a face value of $40 and are in section 446 Infield Terrace. The game starts at 3:05 p.m. Support the S&T Army ROTC and contact Vickie Baker, 341-4744, or any Army ROTC Cadet for tickets.
