Memorial service planned Sept. 11

This month marks 18 years since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States. Missouri S&T’s Air Force and Army ROTC groups will hold a ceremony at noon Wednesday, Sept. 11, outside Harris Hall.
All are invited to recall the events of that day, honor the memory of those who gave their lives in service and to remember the coming together of the country in the days that followed. During the ceremony, the Army ROTC will fire a cannon. Do not be alarmed if you hear loud noise or see smoke.
