Fleck earns ROTC’s Andy Yost Award

Dr. Patti Fleck, director of counseling, disability support and student wellness, received the Andy “Ruck Sack” Yost Award for Selfless Service from Missouri S&T’s Army ROTC. Once a year, Army ROTC presents the award to one cadet and one faculty or staff member.
Fleck earned the award for her work on campus suicide prevention training and SHARP (sexual harassment, assault, response prevention) training for the Army ROTC. The award is named after Andy Yost, a former Missouri S&T cadet who demonstrated selfless service to his fellow cadets.
