Join the Missouri S&T Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Asexual and Ally Advisory Board on Friday, Dec. 2, in the Missouri-Ozark Room of the Havener Center. The S&T Student Emergency Fund has been created by counseling, disability, support and student wellness (CDSW). This fund assists S&T students by providing financial support with unexpected emergency expenses that greatly affect their lives, including their ability to be successful academically. The financial support from this fund allows students to have their needs met and continue their education. Funds may be used for situations including medical care or prescriptions, groceries or essential academic expenses.

More than 100 people attended the Strategic Planning Summit on Nov. 3 to review the progress made on Missouri S&T’s strategic plan. Approximately 175 people, including alumni, students, faculty and staff, met Nov. 10-11 at a mid-cycle opportunity review and analyzed steps taken for the plan and recommended changes.
