Dr. Chris Maples, interim chancellor, and his leadership team will serve free ice cream for students, faculty and staff 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. during MinerRama Friday, Aug. 24, on the campus mall near the Puck. In the case of rain, drop by the Havener Center for ice cream. MinerRama will run 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

RRepresentatives of Clark Hill, the federal relations counsel for the University of Missouri System, will hold a forum for faculty at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, to discuss federal research opportunities. The meeting will be held in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. All faculty who are interested in federal research funding are encouraged to attend.
