James “Jimmy” Dale Williams passed away Oct. 16 at age 81. Williams was a retiree of Missouri S&T and had represented Rolla’s Ward 5 as a city councilman since 1990.

The surveys, which gauge students’ experiences and opinions on sexual misconduct, were conducted in April 2019.
