Volunteers, sponsors needed for new S&T research conference
Calls for proposals and registration are now open for Miners Solving for Tomorrow, the first undergraduate and graduate student research conference at S&T. Hosted by University Libraries, the conference will be held Wednesday, April 2, through Friday, April 4. Faculty and staff are invited to help by judging student submissions, sponsoring and volunteering.

On Feb. 22nd, S&T is hosting a regional Science Olympiad Competition and needs volunteers. Science Olympiad is the premier team STEM competition in the nation, providing standards-based challenges to 6,300 teams at 425 tournaments in all 50 states.
