Read More »Mindfulness meditation group meets noon-1 p.m. Wednesdays in the Shamrock Room of the Havener Center. The one hour weekly sessions include a brief introduction and a 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation, followed by a brief discussion. This group is designed for both beginning and experienced participants. Explore the many ways that mindfulness meditation can reduce and stress and enhance overall well-being. All students, faculty, staff and community members are welcome. No previous experience with meditation is necessary.
