The River North Dance Chicago performance, which was scheduled for Saturday, April 23, was cancelled in September 2015 when the performance company canceled its tour. Three candidates will interview on campus for the associate director of residential life position. Each candidate will give a presentation followed by a question-and-answer session, which is open to the public. Times and dates for these presentations are as follows:

Information technology research support services will host the Better Campus Competition project showcase and awards ceremony today (Monday, April 18) in the Havener Center atrium. Judging will begin at 4:30 p.m., and the showcase will be held 5:30-6:30 p.m. Awards will be presented immediately after the showcase.

The 2016-17 cycle of the educational research mini-grant program will be geared toward faculty who teach distance courses or who would like to begin teaching a course in distance education. The program is administered by the Center for Educational Research and Teaching Innovation (CERTI).

Dr. Brian Woods, professor of nuclear science and engineering at Oregon State University and chair candidate for Missouri S&T’s mining and nuclear engineering department, will present a seminar titled “Advanced next-generation nuclear reactor thermal-fluid model and simulation validation” at noon Monday, April 25, in Room 216 McNutt Hall.
