Sign your child up tomorrow for swim lessons
Children ages 4 and older can take swimming lessons from the Miner Swim Team April 2-12 at the S&T pool in Gale Bullman Building. To sign up your child, visit the pool at Gale Bullman 4-5 p.m. Tuesday, March 20. Get more information and a sign-up form.

Lab expansion receives $300,000 gift from ARCO Construction Co.
A major lab expansion at Missouri S&T has received $300,000 in funding from ARCO Construction Co. Inc., a St. Louis-based general contracting firm. The contribution will support one of the university’s top priorities, the Advanced Construction and Materials Laboratory (ACML). Get more details.

Nominations are being accepted for the 2018 Woman of the Year Award. This annual award recognizes female, full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty who serve as valuable role models for female students at Missouri S&T. Staff Council will host an open forum 9-11 a.m. Friday, March 16, in St. Pat’s Ballroom of the Havener Center for S&T staff members. Dr. Christopher Maples, interim chancellor, will take questions from the audience. Staff members may ask questions at the forum or submit questions before the meeting by emailing mststaffcouncil@mst.edu.
