Partial closure of Seventh Street planned Friday
A portion of Seventh Street, between Pine and Elm Streets, will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11. Access to Phelps County Bank will not be disrupted. The street will reopen at 5 p.m. Friday.
