Help MU Extension better serve you with health education

The University of Missouri Extension is seeking public input to improve its health education services for Missouri residents through a brief online survey for adults ages 18-50.
You are invited to complete the survey, which takes approximately 15-30 minutes. Those who provide contact information will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of two $250 gift cards.
