Transition to Grammarly for Education begins Dec. 16
The University of Missouri System is implementing changes to Grammarly usage, effective Thursday, Jan. 9, due to privacy and security concerns. Free and premium versions of Grammarly will no longer be available for use by employees and student employees. Instead, UM System will offer Grammarly for Education, an approved version that ensures data protection.

Join the Iranian Student Association for Yaldā Night 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, in the Innovation Forum of the Innovation Lab. Yaldā is a Persian festival celebrated on the longest night of the year, the winter solstice. Highlights of the event include an international dinner, nuts, sweets, music and dancing.

Police and fraternities adopt families for the holidays
Santa had a little help again this year, thanks to several S&T fraternities. Tau Kappa Epsilon, Kappa Sigma, Kappa Alpha, Pi Kappa Alpha and Sigma Pi partnered with University Police Assistant Chief Oscar Kemp to adopt five local families for the holidays.
