Poetry reading planned April 20

PoetSpeak, a poetry reading featuring Missouri poets, will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at Christ Episcopal Church, 1000 N. Main St. in Rolla. Poets are invited to submit poetry for reading at the event by Monday, April 8.

Hwy 63 closure begins March 24

Construction is underway on a new pedestrian underpass to help students and visitors safely cross Route 63 to reach classrooms and residential halls. This new underpass will replace the existing tunnel that is used to cross Highway 63. To complete the underpass, a portion of Highway 63 will close starting the evening of Sunday, March 24.
