Miner swimming lessons help kids make a splash

Children ages 4 and older can take swimming lessons from the Miner Swim Team April 3-13 at the S&T pool in the Gale Bullman Building. Signups for the lessons will be held 4-5 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, at the Missouri S&T Pool and will be limited to the first 90 applicants. Session preference is on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost of the lessons is $85 per swimmer.

Body U Screening offered Feb. 27

In honor of National Eating Disorder Awareness Week (Feb. 20 to 24), representatives from Washington University and Joe’s PEERS will be in the atrium of the Havener Center 11 a.m.-1 p.m. to screen for eating, exercise and body image issues.
