Air conditioning outage in CSF planned Aug. 1

The Campus Support Facility will not have air conditioning Wednesday, Aug. 1, while crews replace an air conditioning unit on the building’s north side. The process is expected to take at least a full day and work may continue Thursday, Aug. 2. An update will be sent once the work is complete and the air conditioning is turned on.

Power outage in CSF planned Monday

The Campus Support Facility will not have electricity beginning 7-8 a.m. Monday, July 30. Power will be restored by 11 a.m. The power outage is planned so that crews can tie into a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for the building.

Freshman engineering office moving to Campus Support Facility

The freshman engineering program office, currently located in Room 125 McNutt Hall, will move to Room G5B Campus Support Facility. The office will be closed Monday, July 30, and Tuesday, July 31, to accommodate the move. Access to email will be limited during the transition. The staff looks forward to assisting students and the campus community when the new office opens in the Campus Support Facility Wednesday, Aug. 1.

Actors needed for “Kill Me, Deadly”

Open auditions will be held for the play “Kill Me, Deadly” 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, and Friday, Aug. 24, in the Black Box Theatre, located in Room 143 Castleman Hall. The play by Bill Robens is a 1940s film noir comedy. The play will be performed Sept. 27-30.
