The COER staff will then work with employers to provide five- to 10-minute videos connected to that concept for you to use as a resource in your classes.

Everyone counts – complete Census online

Missouri S&T – and the state of Missouri – needs your help by responding to the 2020 Census. The count effects federal student loans, research grants, university funding, health and social services, and federal legislation. For every adult and every child that is not counted in the census, Missouri will lose $1,300 in federal dollars every year.

Fire alarm testing planned today in Butler-Carlton, Clayco ACML

Crews will test the fire alarm system at approximately 1 p.m. today (Monday, Aug. 31) in Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall and the Clayco Advanced Construction and Materials Laboratory. The tests will include horns and strobes so individuals in the buildings may hear the alarms and see the alarm lights flashing.

Elevator temporarily out of service

Library to close at 6 p.m. today, adjust this weekend’s hours

The Curtis Laws Wilson Library will close at 6 p.m. today (Friday, Aug. 28) and will be open noon-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 29-30. The library will resume its regular hours of operation on Monday, Aug. 31.
