New minor offered in construction engineering and management

This fall, Missouri S&T is offering a new minor in construction engineering and management (CEM) to give students in civil, architectural and environmental engineering an opportunity to gain broad and in-depth knowledge within the CEM specialty area. The program is the result of Missouri S&T’s involvement in the Missouri Consortium for Construction Innovation (MoCCI).
Missouri S&T and MoCCI member companies have been integrating their respective expertise to advance education, research and professional development within Missouri. MoCCI companies are active in recruiting S&T students and recent graduates as interns and engineers. The companies look to the new minor to improve the preparation of leaders in the CEM field.
