The university’s fiscal year ends on Thursday, June 30, and the 2016 closing schedule is now available online. The calendar provides system availability information, important deadlines and processing information for procurement and accounting activities including: purchase order and Show-Me Shop requisitions, payment requests (non-PO vouchers), travel and expense reimbursements, journal entries, account receivable/billing (ARBI) invoices, and CRR deposits. There will be a campuswide test of a new emergency mass notification system at noon Wednesday, June 15. The test will include a text message to students and employees saying, “This is a test of the Missouri S&T emergency mass notification system.
