Oak Ridge vice president to speak on campus
Dr. Arlene Garrison, vice president for university partnerships at Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU), will speak on-campus at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 9, in Room 124 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. Dr. Daniel Oerther, the John A. and Susan Mathes Chair of Environmental Engineering at Missouri S&T, has been selected to participate in the National Academies Keck Futures Conference titled “Art and Science, Engineering, and Medicine Frontier Collaborations: Ideation, Translation and Realization.” The conference will be held Nov. 12-14 at the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Center in Irvine, California.

Healthy for Life is sponsoring 15-minute chair massages for employees. Massages will be offered 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesdays between July 1 and Aug. 5 in Room 204 Centennial Hall.
