Oak Ridge vice president to speak on campus

Dr. Arlene Garrison, vice president for university partnerships at Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU), will speak on-campus at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 9, in Room 124 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall.
