Tenured associate professors and pre-tenure assistant professors are encouraged to apply for the 10-week summer Faculty Success Program offered by the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD), which helps faculty develop skills to increase research and writing productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The program runs Monday, May 18, through Sunday, July 26, and will require a commitment of at least 90 minutes to two hours each week to watch videos and complete assignments, as well as one weekly 75-minute synchronous session. For more information about the 2026 Faculty Success Program, visit the NCFDD webpage.

The program costs $4,900 per person, but applications for a limited number of full scholarships will be accepted until 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25. To apply, submit the following information to facultyaffairs@mst.edu

Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee, and applicants will be notified of decisions by Wednesday, March 4.

If you have questions, please email Kate Drowne, associate provost for faculty affairs, at kdrowne@mst.edu.
