Learn the challenges that international students encounter in simulation

Faculty and staff are invited to join an international student simulation exercise, ACIREMA, noon-1 p.m. Thursday, April 24, in the Turner Room of the Havener Center. This exercise is designed to sensitize participants to the difficulties that international students encounter in their quest for an American education. It acquaints the participants with the procedures students must follow from the initial contact with a U.S. educational institution to their arrival on campus. Current international students will help run the exercise and participate in a discussion after the simulation.
