Missouri S&T and the University of Missouri System are implementing a new IT service management tool, TeamDynamix (TDX), that will be available to campus customers on Monday, March 24. This new service will still be accessible via our campus website help.mst.edu.
Who is affected?
The new ticketing system will affect the entire campus.
Why is this happening?
Missouri S&T and the University of Missouri System IT looked for an easier solution that would better serve the campus community. TeamDynamix (TDX) will replace the current ticketing system, Cherwell, and continue to provide self-service access. It was selected to give campus users an improved experience when submitting service request to the campus IT department.
When you use the new application, it will still be accessible through help.mst.edu. Also, you can continue to submit emails to ithelp@mst.edu.
When is it coming?
The go-live date for Missouri S&T to transition to TDX is Monday, March 24. Any existing tickets that are open in Cherwell will continue to be serviced through the Cherwell application. Any new service requests will be managed through the TDX client portal.
