Timeline for realigning Missouri S&T’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion

Following the Aug. 14 announcement, this update is being provided on the realignment of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
The following changes will take effect on Tuesday, Oct. 1:
- Equity and Title IX will report to human resources.
- Strategic diversity initiatives will transition to Student Success.
- Outreach and events will integrate with marketing and communications.
These changes aim to enhance service delivery and maintain transparency. We remain committed to fostering an inclusive campus environment.
Dr. Nicole A. Roberson will transition from her role as vice chancellor of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and chief diversity officer and will continue to support and guide Missouri S&T during the realignment of DEI initiatives over the coming months.
