Recent federal and state legislation has prompted many universities to reevaluate and realign their diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. To maintain our commitment while aligning with regulatory requirements, we will be making key changes over the coming months: 

• Equity and Title IX will now report to human resources.
• Strategic diversity initiatives will be integrated into student success.
• Outreach and events will align with marketing and communications.

These changes are designed to enhance the delivery of vital services and support across campus. S&T is committed to maintaining transparency and open communication throughout this transition and highly value the feedback from our campus community.
