The Dean’s Undergraduate Research Scholars Program began last year for S&T juniors and seniors studying engineering and computer science who want to stay in Rolla to pursue a graduate degree.
Students receive a $2,000 scholarship and a $500 budget for research-related expenses each semester they are in the program, up to a total of two semesters. Students must be enrolled full time and have a 3.4 grade point average while they receive funding.
Interested students should talk to their advisor for more information and to complete an application. The application spring 2023 deadline is Thursday, Dec. 1, and the summer 2023 deadline is Monday, May 1.
