Update regarding face coverings for off-campus meetings, events

Last week, the COVID-19 incident command team issued the following recommendation regarding face coverings for off-campus meetings:
Missouri S&T’s current indoor facial covering requirement for vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals also applies to off-campus indoor settings, including classrooms, labs, meeting spaces or indoor common areas encountered during off-campus, university-sponsored events, university-related travel or any venue students or employees are required to attend for university business or educational purposes. In addition, university representatives – students, faculty and staff – are expected to follow the facial covering requirements of the communities in which they are conducting university business.
