Residential Life has recently switched to a new housing management software. With this new software comes a new housing self-service portal.

Housing assignments, roommates, and meal plan information can be viewed on this portal. During the meal plan change period each semester, students can change their meal plan on the portal. Later in the semester housing reapplication for 2021-2022 will also be completed using the portal.

This portal can be used by students to:

  • View their housing assignments, roommates, and meal plan information.
  • Change their Meal Plan Option during the meal plan change period ending January 31, 2021.
  • Reapply for housing for 2021-2022 later in the semester.

To log in you can navigate here https://mst.starrezhousing.com/StarRezPortal/ . When you are on the site you will skip the top log-in portion and click the bottom green button, “MST-STUDENT SSO LOGIN”. You will then log in with your username and password same as you would on any other campus platform.

Once logged in you will find yourself on the home page and you can scroll down to see your assignment, roommate(s), and meal plan. If you do not have any roommates or meal plan these items will not display.

To change your meal plan go to the top navigation bar and click, “Meal Plan Changes”. This function will be available until 11:59pm January 31, 2021. After that you will no longer be able to change your plan.

If you are eligible to and want to cancel your meal plan, or if you don’t have a meal plan and want to add one, you will not be able to do that in the portal and should email Residential Life at reslife@mst.edu.

Resident Assistant staff members should not change their plans in the portal, but may email Residential Life to make changes to their plan.

If you have any questions you can contact Residential Life at reslife@mst.edu or 573-341-4218
