The 2016-17 Supervisory Series Cohort is almost full. Please submit applications as soon as possible to secure a spot. In this six-month Supervisory Professional Development Series, you will gain an understanding of your role as a supervisor, as well as employment law as it relates to common supervisory issues. You will also learn how to apply basic managerial and interpersonal skills, including dealing with everyday challenges of being a supervisor, communicating effectively with others, resolving workplace conflict, managing performance and performance coaching.
You will gain insights and ideas in an energizing, interactive and supportive environment, and have access to various job aids and resources to help you implement your new competencies in the workplace.
