The Missouri S&T community is saddened to learn of the death of Ryan Wesley Swier of Rolla, who passed away Aug. 8 at Phelps Health. Swier was 19 and pursuing computer science and mechanical engineering degrees at S&T.
A “Celebration of Life” service in his memory will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 21, at the Rolla chapel of the James & Gahr Mortuary. A visitation for family and friends will be held 3-4 p.m. at the chapel prior to the service.
The Missouri S&T community is saddened to learn of the death of Matthew Stevenson of Wildwood, Missouri. He died early this morning at his off-campus apartment as the result of a tragic accident. Matthew was 22 and was pursuing a degree in engineering management.
