The University of Missouri System will hold a pre-retirement seminar via telepresence 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, in Room 201A of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library. The free seminar is designed for faculty and staff 10 years or less from retirement; however, all faculty and staff are welcome to attend. Dr. Barbara Hale retires
After 46 years of teaching and research in the physics department at Missouri S&T, Dr. Barbara N. Hale has retired. In 1973, Hale was one of the first two women to join the Missouri S&T physics faculty. The physics department honored Hale with a retirement celebration in early March. Read more.
