Remington R. Williams Award recipient announced
Ryan Highfill, a senior in civil engineering and engineering management from Ozark, Missouri, has been named a 2024 recipient of the Remington R. Williams Award. Highfill is the executive director of the Associated Students of the University of Missouri and a former chapter president of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity.

These awards are the highest non-academic awards granted to students by the Board of Curators and are given in memory of Remington R. Williams and his outstanding service as 2020-22 student representative to the board.

Martin De La Hunt, a senior in computer engineering from St. Louis, has been named one of the inaugural recipients of the Remington R. Williams Award. De La Hunt serves as vice president of operations on Missouri S&T’s Student Council and as drum major in the S&T Marching Band.
