University Police reminds drivers who park in residential areas on the west side of Bishop Ave. to move their vehicles every 72 hours, per Rolla’s policy. This area includes side streets in the residential areas behind Dairy Queen, Taco Bell and Huddle House restaurants. Several of the homeowners in the area are having difficulty finding street parking near their homes. The police thank individuals who park in the area for being neighborly and mindful of the residents. Vehicles that are not moved every 72 hours are subject to being ticketed or towed by the Rolla Police Department.
