This fall, the Mentor Collective first-year experience program continued to strengthen student success and belonging through meaningful peer connections. A total of 445 first-year students were matched with 116 trained mentors, helping new Miners navigate their transition to Missouri S&T.

S&T launches Mentor Collective to support student success
