French speaker series to feature Emmanuel Djegou March 3

Emmanuel Djegou, a native of Benin, a West African nation, and a candidate for a Ph.D. in statistics at S&T, will speak about the town of Ganvié at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 3. Djegou will speak about Ganvié, which is built entirely on stilts in Lake Nokoué and known to many as the Venice of West Africa. His lecture will be in French.

Undergraduate research conference to be virtual, registration open

The 16th annual Missouri S&T Undergraduate Research Conference will be held online the week of Monday, April 26, through Friday, April 30. The event was previously scheduled for April 29 in the Havener Center.
