Incoming calls from AT&T phones malfunctioning

Missouri S&T’s information technology team has received reports of phone calls originating from AT&T cell phones to campus numbers not working. This may disrupt some phone services across the S&T campus. The IT staff have been notified that AT&T is aware of the outage and looking into the issue.

Texting option for two-factor authentication is down

Missouri S&T has been notified from the University of Missouri System’s IT team that the text message or SMS for two-factor authentication when signing into your university account is down on the Microsoft side. In the meantime, please select “sign in another way” and select the call method to access services.
