Updates coming for Joe’SS – clear your cache after Nov. 20

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) with your university email will be required when logging in to Joe’SS starting Saturday, Nov. 20. If you have already used MFA to access your university email or myHR, no additional registration steps are required.
In addition to this change, the student system – also known as Joe’SS – will get a refresh with new, tile-based navigation. For more information, please visit the UM System website for an overview of what to expect when logging in.
After November 20, please clear your browser cache and cookies as well as restart your browser the first time you log in. Visit the Division of IT knowledge article for a guide on clearing your cache and cookies.
If you have not recently completed MFA setup for access to email or myHR and wish to preregister, visit the Microsoft 365 Login Information webpage. If you experience difficulties during the process, please reach out to your IT support team at 573-341-4357 or help.mst.edu.
