Xiao earns IEEE award
Dr. Chengshan Xiao, professor of electrical and computer engineering, has earned the 2014 IEEE Communications Society Joseph LoCicero Award, which includes a certificate, plaque and cash award of $1,000. The award recognizes individuals who have had exemplary service and leadership in IEEE Communications Society publications over a sustained period of time.
