Missouri S&T’s Miner Giving Day will be Wednesday, April 24. All Giving Day gifts will support Finish Line Scholarships to help students who are within two semesters of graduation cross the finish line to an S&T degree. Every gift will be matched one-to-one by the University of Missouri System and Missouri S&T. Clayco Inc. contributes $2 million for lab expansion

Clayco Inc. is donating $2 million to a major lab expansion project at Missouri S&T. The gift completes fundraising for one of Missouri S&T’s top priorities, the Advanced Construction and Materials Laboratory. Philanthropy Month kicks off

Missouri S&T students, faculty and staff are celebrating more than the coming of spring in April. They’re also spotlighting the spirit of giving by celebrating Philanthropy Month. Members of Students Today Alumni Tomorrow (STAT) and Blue Key will raise awareness of the importance of philanthropy throughout the month — and raising money for the Student Emergency Fund, which helps S&T students meet unexpected expenses. Emergency fund helps students

The S&T Student Emergency Fund assists S&T students by providing financial support with unexpected emergency expenses that greatly affect their lives, including their ability to be successful academically. The financial support from this fund allows students to have their needs met and continue their education. Funds may be used for situations including medical care or prescriptions, groceries, or essential academic expenses.
